I’m a realtor in the South Bay / Monterey Peninsula and I reached out to Christian and his team to take care of a few small things that were missing in my clients’ home before we sold it. I had a quick phone call with Christian and sent over the work we needed done, within two days he sent me the estimate for the job. The entire job was done within a week from when I first reached out to Christian. Granted, it was a smaller job, but I’ve worked with several contractors in the past and I can count on one hand the number of them that were as quick and thorough as Christian and his crew. Palacios Construction redid our fireplace face and hearth and we love the result. Christian had lots of great ideas to help us decide what we wanted to replace the existing outdated stone with. We had it done in a Shiplap style that turned out great. It lightens up the whole room. They did a great job (shout-out to Dave for all his hard work and craftsmanship) We knew the result would be good, because Christian and his crew also redid our floors in LVP in the kitchen and family room. They put a new kitchen sink in and an island hood as well. Very nice results. Christian handled the complete renovation of my home in Monterey, complete teardown of ceiling, floors, then new floorpan and rebuild. The result is spectacular, his attention to details and the "can-do" attitude are great. Every single sub-con he brought in, from flooring, electrical, plumbing etc was top notch and his workers have the most positive attitude. I went thru 3 general contractors before finding Palacios and none of them was even close. The bid process was very transparent, with everything documented online. I had my garage walls re-plastered by them and they did a great job! Christian was in touch promptly, his crew prepped the area to not make a mess, and they finished the job in a timely manner. Christian would also come by often to check in on the work and if I was satisfied with everything. Professional company. I also am looking to take an interior wall out. Christian has answered my questions over the years (while I lagged on the project) and was never pushy. I look forward to hiring Palacios Construction again 🤙🏼
