We'll contact you to learn more about your vision for your project. This consultation is also an opportunity to discuss our process and ballpark pricing with you.
We'll inspect your space and discuss your project specifics. This consultation has a $500 fee, so we can spend the time we need to understand your project and ensure we meet your needs.
Once we've reviewed all aspects of your project, we'll sign the contract and collect the initial deposit to start the design phase.
In this phase, we complete the final design of your project. Each project is unique, so we'll take the time to create your dream vision.
Once we have decided on all the final details, we will get your project on the calendar.
Before we begin work, we will do a pre-job walkthrough to confirm the details of your project.
We provide daily updates and photos of your project’s progress. We’re always available to answer any questions.
Your project manager will do a punch list walkthrough to ensure everything is up to their standards before your job is complete.
Once your project is complete, we do a final walkthrough of your new space to ensure everything looks great. If any minor items need attention, we address them.
Your beautiful space will be clean and ready to use!
We're still here to care for you even after completing your project. We offer a 1-year craftsmanship warranty on everything within our control and covered in your contract. You also benefit from the manufacturer's warranty on materials.
We follow up with you to ensure you're happy with your project. We'll check in with you 3 months after your project and then again 11 months to ensure everything is perfect before your warranty expires.
